We do not offer refunds and exchanges.

Your reserved time slot is your assigned arrival time. Once you arrive within that time frame, you are welcome to enjoy the Zoo until we close (click here for times).

Free daytime admission to the Houston Zoo is provided once a month from open until closing. Limit 5 admission tickets per order. Tickets will not be available at the gate.
